The following is a collection of my European travel adventures. When I first started traveling, I was interested in the rich cultures of East Asia and also Sub-Saharan adventure. When those travel experiences were completed I did eventually visit Europe. However, I included Turkey and Ukraine as European countries along with Ireland and Italy. The Roman Empire lasted for over 1000 years and set the standard for modern civilization. Indeed, Turkey has many Roman artifacts due to the presence of the Byzantine Empire.
